Hi friends,
If I apply for my husband's H4, do we need to show my past paystubs?
Or will my husband's H1 information, like his employment verification, I-94, and H1B approval be enough?

Hello,
I have an approved I140 and eligible to apply for I485. My wife is in the same situation.
Should we file separate? Or should I file only one application heither through my employer or hers?
Any clarification in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. The old labor is valid for 180 days after July 16th.

I was checking the http://congress.org
I noticed they have a Calls to Action from Groups and Organization on the home page, When i tried to see if there are any Immigration related issues posted There were many like increasing H2A etc but nothing corresponding to Retrogression or GC waiting faced by thousands of immigrants.
There are 100s of bills waiting for Co-sponsors published on this website.
I felt we should do post about the issues faced by Thousands of Legal immigrants who are struck in retrogression or Per country limit.
This may be a good place to put as a number of representatives may view it and it is a good way for us to let the people know of the issues.
Any thoughts........

Need urgent help.
I have files my visa (H1B), where I have diffence in my first name printed in my passport than on all my degree certificates.
In my 10th standard certifciate it was printed as "Gorav" should have been "Gaurav". But in all my degree certificates it's "Gaurav".
My last name is same in all certificates, passport etc.
My parents name and Date of birth and home address is also same in all certificates and passport.
When I filed my H1B I filled up my first name as "Gorav" (as it is in passport).
What shall I do know? Will it have any impact on my visa approval?
What shall I do before they ask me for any question?
Please help as it's time sensitive issue

I am July 2nd filer and got EAD approved.
My 485 notice has Received Date as July 19th 2007 and Notice Date as October 17th 2007.
Do i need to calculate 180 days from July 19th 2007 OR Oct 17th 2007 if i want to change the jobs?

I am not anti-Sigma either, but I do not believe anything the produce from a digital body perspective (no pun intended) is going to influence, or drive down Canon or Nikon pro body prices. Build quality and other features keep the C and N scads ahead.
