    Thanks to reader Adi for the link. Huffington Post reports on a data compiled by America's Voice showing crime in Arizona dropping dramatically across the state for most of the last decade EXCEPT for the area controlled by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Which goes to show you that facts matter very little to Arizonans buying into the antis arguments.

    When applying for AP, do we need to submit separate cheques for AP($305) and Biometric($80) or we need to combine both ie., $385 and send as one cheque :confused: ????

    Nikon is taking their time with this one, as they're taking their time with the WT-3 transmitter for the D200. I am interested, but by now I've invested a bit too heavily in a DNG-based workflow by converting everything to DNG and attaching IPTC metadata, to consider Capture NX as a serious contender for my workflow. Though, I do imagine that I'd use it for those rare times when I need a really high quality conversion for very large printing.

    I have a copy of Nolo Fiance and marriage Visas and in the section on I130 it says that my copies of G-325A must be filed in four copies printed on differently colored paper (white, green, pink and blue).

    A) Is this really necessary?
    B) If yes, I have actually bought paper in these colors. Does it have to a particular pink, blue, green etc?
    C) The pages in the PDF are actually named
    1) Ident.
    2) Rec. Br
    3) C.
    4) Consulate

    Which color matches which index? E.g. is the Ident one supposed to be white, blue, pink or green?

    Hope someone knows about this.

    One of my friend got their Fingerprinting letter and the last name is misspelled. What should they do go ahead and take it to the FP office or call USCIS and get it corrected.

    Anyone in similar sitaution? Please advise.

Chennupati admitted that between April 1, 2008 and March 3, 2009, he submitted 11 foreign worker petitions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services that contained counterfeit job offer letters from the Gap Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank and Genentech.     Hello all,
    Form I-693 downloading from the following site is valid until 6/30/07.
    Is it ok to use this form though we will be filing the I-485 on 07/01/07.

    As long as you get your medicals done before 6/30/07 you should be fine.

    Does the published cumulative demand data represent

    a) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants and their dependents
    OR
    b) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants only?

    If say, the demand data for EB3, till 2004 says 35,000 - does this mean there are a total of 35,000 pending cases in total OR does this represent primary applicants only?

    If it represents primary applicants only, what is the multiplication factor we need to use to get an approximate number for total pending 485 cases?

    Hello,

    I am from India and currently visiting USA on B2 visa. I recently got a job with a very reputed firm in US and applied for an H1B but my application reached USCIS after the H1B quota was full.

    I really want to work for my new employer and would like to know what other options do I have to obtain work permit in USA other than L1 Visa?
